Terms of Service

The rules for using Meshh to browse, suggest, like, and copy WebGL components and prompts.

Agreement

By accessing or using Meshh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Meshh lets users browse, like, copy, and share curated WebGL, Three.js, shader, and interactive canvas components with AI-ready prompts. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and may not impersonate another person or entity.

User content

You keep ownership of support messages and other content you submit. You grant Meshh a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, process, and distribute your content as needed to operate and promote the service.

Content standards

You may not submit malicious code, malware, secrets, private credentials, unlawful content, content that infringes another party's rights, harassment, spam, or attempts to bypass platform safety, moderation, or preview restrictions.

AI-generated output

Meshh may use AI to generate metadata, descriptions, prompts, safety reviews, and other assistive output. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on, publishing, or copying it.

Published components and prompts

Public components, prompts, previews, and source attribution are provided for inspiration and developer use. You are responsible for checking licensing, security, accessibility, browser support, WebGL/GPU performance, and production readiness before using any copied code or prompt in your own projects.

Moderation

We may review, reject, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, create risk for users, infringe rights, or harm the quality or safety of Meshh.

No warranties

Meshh is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free previews, complete AI accuracy, or that any component is safe or suitable for a particular use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of Meshh after updates means you accept the revised terms.
